A private Cloud is a configuration based on shared computer users assigned in a public Cloud environment. This uses a certain level of isolation between them. The isolation between a VPC user and all other users of the same Cloud is normally discussed by assigning a private IP subnet and a virtual communication construct per user.
Virtual Private Cloud
In a VPC, the previously described mechanism, which provides isolation within the Cloud, is accompanied by a VPN feature that, through authentication and encryption, secures the organization's remote control to its VPC Cloud resources. With the introduction of the isolation levels described, an organization using this service is working towards a virtual Private Cloud.
